Zhongsheng Zhiyuan is located in the northern part of Songshan Lake. The park features a '1+4' operational service system with one industrial resource aggregation area and four park service sectors. It covers an area of approximately 25,000 square meters, with a total floor area of around 90,000 square meters.

The underground parking lot adopts dual-color spray painting, where different colored coatings are sprayed on the walls to create a unique visual effect and spatial sense. With proper finishing protection in place, the robot can swiftly accomplish the spray painting, ensuring uniform and seamless quality without any color variation.
